We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, you don't need to send anything back. Just contact within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.

Who Pays for Return Shipping
For standard returns (you simply changed your mind or it wasn't a fit), you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover it — see above, no return needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved (or your defective/damaged/wrong-item claim is approved), your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.
