Here's exactly what to expect once you hit "buy" — from processing to delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. You'll get an email confirming your order as soon as it's placed.
Delivery Times (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery times depend on where your item ships from:
- 4–9 business days for items shipped from our US warehouses
- 7–15 business days for items shipped from our international warehouses
Each product page tells you which shipping timeline applies to that specific item, so you know what to expect before you order. If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum order size required.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Possible Delays
During peak seasons (like holidays) or due to carrier delays outside our control, delivery can occasionally take longer than the estimates above. We'll do our best to keep you posted if that happens.

At this time, we ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.
